... ever since I can remember! Birthdays, Sunday, teatime. The secret ingredient to my enduring passion is curiosity.

The most important thing to me is to enjoy what I do, share my ideas and experiences through my cakes with family, friends, colleagues and of course, with you!

I am Christine Brenner, pastry chef and founder of Christin.es bakery. I discovered my love for baking during my childhood whist baking alongside my grandmother, a passionate baker.

After graduating from the hotel management business school in Zurich, I pursued gathering work experience travelling in England, North and South America and Italy.

When back in Basel, I continued to develop my baking skills and pastry career.

Having an open ear to my customers, and their food allergies, encouraged me to grow a collection of unique cakes and pastries, in order to cater to their gluten/dairy free and vegan diets.
